Senior Growth Marketer

At Atlas, we’re searching for an intermediate-to-senior growth marketer to own and lead paid advertising (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads) for a portfolio of B2B SaaS and tech clients.

You’ll be the go-to for paid media strategy and execution — trusted by clients, backed by a capable team, and supported by clear frameworks.

This is a client-facing role where analytical thinking and people skills go hand in hand. If you enjoy running campaigns that perform, translating numbers into clear business outcomes, and building long-term relationships, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

Work with 5 - 10 clients
Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta for SaaS and tech clients.
Run client meetings, report on performance, and translate results into clear business value.

Drive the Execution
Oversee implementation of budgets, bids, and creative testing.
Recommend improvements across copy, funnels, and landing pages.
Keep timelines tight, delivery sharp, and communication clear.

Lead the Strategy
Design and deliver growth roadmaps that align with client objectives.
Spot new opportunities to scale campaigns, test channels, and improve ROI.

What You’ll Deliver

  • Paid campaigns that scale efficiently and hit client ROI targets
  • Strategic recommendations that go beyond the ad account
  • Reports that tell the story, not just the numbers
  • Clear documentation of budgets, performance, and next steps

Sound Like You?

  • 4–6 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally across multiple clients
  • Strong track record with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (extra points for Bing, Capterra, Twitter)
  • Experience managing budgets of $50k+ per month
  • Comfortable building trusted client relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect tactics to growth outcomes
